All our prices include our big buffet breakfast, W-Lan (at no extra charge), 7% VAT on the accomondation and 19% VAT. on all extra services (telefone, minibar etc.)
Frankfurt on Main is a state-recognised tourist destination.
It will levy a tourist contribution as from 1st January 2018. This contribution will partly cover the expense of creating, expanding, maintaining and marketing the facilities provided for the purpose of tourism and of performing events staged for this purpose.
It is based on the statutes for raising a tourist contribution in the territory of Frankfurt on Main (Tourist Contribution Statutes).
Those subject to the contribution are all non-locals who do not pay for an overnight stay in the Community because their profession demands it.
The tourist contribution is two Euros per overnight stay and per person.
The tourist contribution is registered and charged by the respective place of accommodation.
Extra Bed and Twin beds are possible
The charge for an extra bed will be € 40,00 during the week and € 30,00 per night on weekends. The price includes breakfast.

€ 20,00 per night.
Parking
Monday´s to friday´s we charge € 12,00, weekends € 6,00 and to fair times € 20,00. The price is charged per vehicle and night as per reservation.
Pets
€ 20,00 Euro per night , in consent with the hotel.
